摘要
Kinetic studies on the nucleophilic cleavage of N-phthaloylglycine (NPG) in buffers of 2-methoxyethylamine, and 2-hydroxyethylamine reveal the relationship: k(n)(app) = A(1) [Am](inverted perpendicular)/(1 + A(2) [Am](inverted perpendicular)) where A(1) and A(2) are constants (kinetic parameters) and k(n)(app) and [Am](inverted perpendicular) represent apparent nucleophilic second-order rate constant and total amine buffer concentration, respectively.
