摘要：

The human resources development is the sustainable growth source of enterprises, and technological innovation is the motive force of the development of enterprises, especially High Tech SMEs(small and medium-sized enterprises). This paper firstly elaborates some problems which High Tech SMEs are faced with in their human resources, then analyzes the characteristics and problems of technological innovation of High Tech SMEs. At last This paper introduces some helpful measures which can help High Tech SMEs allocate their limited resources efficiently, increase satisfaction and loyalty of employee, bring. more satisfied development and improve Technological Innovation of High Tech SMEs.
