摘要：

This paper presents the existing situation of the Macedonian power and metering system in the State owned Public Enterprise Electric Power Company of Macedonia (ESM) Harmonic measurements have been performed in the Macedonian power distribution network according national and international standards. At the end of the paper are made conclusions for the topics discuss in the paper.Also the restructuring, privatization and deregulation process of ESM has been discuss.
