摘要
Osteosarcoma is the most predominant primary bone malignant tumor in adolescents, characterized by high tumor mortality and poor treatment ratio. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have important roles in key cell biological events encompassing differentiation, proliferation, development, invasion, and migration which accomplish this task by regulating genome functions including transcription, splicing, and epigenetics. Besides, some lncRNAs have been recently connected with the emergence of malignancy, and also important events involved in the cancer treatment process, such as drug sensitivity and resistance. In this article, we reviewed the effects of lncRNAs on osteosarcoma cells progression, prognosis, and drug resistance by modulating miRNAs and signaling pathways.
