摘要
Chiral Metamaterials (CMMs) are the artificial sub-wavelength electromagnetic composites which show giant optical activity and strong circular dichroism. In this work, we realize a 2-D chiral MTM formed by C-4 symmetry semi-circular patterns at terahertz (THz) frequencies. Optical activity such as the pure rotation, ellipticity, circular dichroism are computed numerically. We anticipate that the chiral properties of proposed MTM are useful for the realization of THz polarization devices.
