摘要：

Cushing's syndrome rarely occurs in pregnant women but is associated with a high fetal loss rate, premature labor and excessive maternal morbidity.(1) To our knowledge we report the first case of a successful retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy for Cushing's syndrome during pregnancy.
