摘要
The properties of singly-rotated y cut thickness shear resonators of the quartz-homeotypic piezoelectric crystal material gallium (ortho-) phosphate, GaPO4, have been experimentally studied. The temperature dependence of the relevant elastic constants in the range 50 degrees C..700 degrees C were determined. The main temperature-compensated cut at 25 degrees C has a parabolic f(T) curve. A cut was found with cubic temperature compensation near 500 degrees C.
