摘要
Through the analysis on every kind of factors which could make the letters sorting system fault, the fault tree model was established. The reasons of the sorting system fault in possible combination way and its probability could be confirmed by the fault tree model. The conception of intermediate probability was introduced to analyze the fault tree from the number combined with the theory of connection number of set pair analysis. Then, the weakness was found to improve the sorting system reliability and equipment maintenance.
