摘要
In this work, cobalt ferrite (CoFe2O4) magnetic nanowires have been electrodeposited with and without magnetic field into a commercial 100-nm-grade AAO template. For the magneto-electrodeposited CoFe2O4 nanowires, the XRD analysis emphasized the diminution in size of the diffracting crystallites. The SEM investigations exhibited that the magnetic field favors the filling of the nanowires by cobalt and iron elements. The AFM analysis revealed the reduction of the surface roughness. The VSM measurements showed a significant change in the coercivity and the squareness ratio of cobalt ferrite nanowire arrays. A variation between 1150 and 1331 Oe for the coercive field H-c, and from 0.30 to 0.39 for the squareness ratio M-r/M-s was observed. This ferrimagnetic nanocomposites could be used as a non-reciprocal passive components for magneto-optical and microwave devices.
