摘要
The work shares some results that emerged when inquiring about the presence / absence of gender perspective in the teaching careers of the Provincial University of Cordoba (2019-2020). The careers of Physical Education Teaching and Dance Teaching were selected for the study in order to characterize the processes of change / resistance in the relationship between teacher training and gender perspective in the current context of intense debates on this approach in Argentina. The methodological strategy involved the documentary analysis of the subject curricula and, from a qualitative approach, interviews with teachers and focus groups with students. The analysis of the curricula shows that the gender approach is represented in low percentages. However, in the dialogues with students and teachers, the presence of gender perspective can be seen in classroom experiences, with Specific Training and Teaching Practice being the areas with the greatest challenges for its inclusion. The introduction of gender perspective is urgent in teacher training.
