摘要
We are developing Foreign Objects and Debris (FOD) detection system for runways. We introduce the millimeter wave radar system with high rage resolution obtained by the combination of 90 GHz millimeter wave and Radio over Fiber (RoF) technologies. This paper describes the development of multi-static millimeter wave radar which has plural radio heads connected by RoF to create the real-time radar image of 2-D map. We found the architecture of multi-static millimeter wave radar can estimate the position of the FOD using data which are obtained successfully.
