摘要
Cu(II)-tetrakis(3,3-dimethyl-butoxy-carbonyl)phthalocyanine multilayers have been prepared by the Langmuir-Blodgett method from the novel blue-green substance synthesised in laboratory in order to be used as gas sensors. Dynamic response characteristics of the electrical conductance to different NO2 concentrations in dry air are presented. All measurements have been carried out using coplanar configurations of the devices. High sensitivity to NO2 gas and very low response times as a function of work temperature of the devices have been demonstrated. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science S.A.
