摘要
In China, All land is owned by the State or by Collectives. Private person or entities have only land user, but not ownerships, and they have ownership to constructions on the land The land usufruct registration and building ownership registration are separately carries out in China. With the 3D situations increasingly come forth, these bring much problem for 3D cadastral object registration. This research focus on developing a mechanism for registration of 3d cadastral objects based on the existing environment in China. Firstly separate registration risks of real property are analyzed by studying. Secondly, current registration of 3d situations in China is analyzed. Lastly, the mechanism of a 3D cadastral registration integrating constructions property with cadastral information is put forward according our country's regime and registration system of real property. And 3d Cadastral conceptual model is discussed.
