摘要
Biotransformation of curcumin was investigated using cultured plant cells of Morus sp. Cultured Morus cells converted curcumin into dihydrocurcumin and tetrahydrocurcumin. The activity of nuclear factor-kappa B was inhibited by curcumin and tetrahydrocurcumin.
