Heat Treatment on FeCo particles to Enhance the Efficient Microwave Absorption Performance

The author studied the microstructure Fe50Co50 soft magnetic alloy obtained by the method of melt-spinning. And then the Fe50Co50 was heat treated by different temperatures. The prepared Fe50Co50 micro particles were measured by a network analyzer in the electromagnetic frequency of 1-18 Gllz. The influences of heat treatment on microwave absorption properties was also studied. The results indicate that the composite fabricated at 750 degrees C with the W-p of 49.08% and the maximum RL of -52.24 dB has the best microwave absorption performance. Heat treatment process is a vital influence factor on microwave absorption performances.
