摘要
Tannic acid-coated copper nanoclusters (CuNCs@TA) were synthesized and used quantitatively to analyze iodine in kelp. Compared with other methods for iodine detection, the proposed method showed excellent performance. The iodine-induced linear decrease in the fluorescence intensity of CuNCs@TA allowed the quantitative detection of iodine in the range 20-100M, and the limit of detection for iodine was 18nM. The probe can be used for the determination of iodine in real samples with reliable and accurate results. Modified Stern-Volmer equation and thermodynamic calculation studies were used to discuss the quenching mechanism.
