摘要：

Since 2014, China has once again initiated the codification of the Civil Code and has planned to complete all work in 2020. Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the codification of civil code has been carried out many times, but it has not been able to do all the work for various reasons. The contents of the compilation of the Civil Code and the content of the Civil Procedure Law have a lot of dependence and relevance. In order to better complete the compilation of the Civil Code, based on the statute system in the Civil Procedure Law, it was analyzed, 130 experts Laws were used, from the fit and guidance, connection, integration of these three aspects, feasible recommendations was put forward to the compilation of our civil code.
