摘要：

As part of an inductive and qualitative approach carried out from November 2020 to January 2021, we collected discourse data on the experiences and daily realities of 55 library professionals, both public and academic, regarding audiences and their use of digital books in libraries in Quebec. We then presented our analyses to some of them for discussion. Finally, we presented our draft analysis to two experts, one in the field of publishing and the other in libraries, to discuss our findings with them.
