摘要:
This article explores pay management issues of Haijiang Urban Construction Group Company and the reasons under guidance of related pay management theories. Besides, a pay management system was designed including base pay, position value, quarterly bonus, annual bonus and welfare, etc. The implementation and safeguards of the system are also dealt with in this article.
