摘要:
The evolution of pump and probe technologies, especially terahertz time domain spectroscopy has led to a multitude of applications as well as an significant improvement in the available devices regarding dynamic range, bandwidth and measurement speed. Using a spectrometer based on electro-optical modulator ECOPS sampling, we present time domain spectroscopy pulses recorded at measurement rates of up to 60 kHz - faster than any result reported so far to our knowledge.
