摘要：

Nowadays, standards become more and more important and draw much more attention from both scholars and practicing managers than ever before. This paper divides the technical standard lifecycle into four stages, i.e., incubation, growth, stability and decline stages, then examines the relationship between the standardization of various technology level and technology progress.
