Study of interfacial dislocation of Cu/MgO by high-resolution electron microscope

摘要
The high resolution images of Cu/MgO interface which was prepared by internal oxidation of Cu-Mg alloys were observed by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), and observed two different interfaces while their orientation keeps unchanged. Their structures were determined to agree with the theory of near coincidence site lattices, and their Burgers vectors of misfit dislocation and secondary dislocation were calculated to be (b) over right arrow (1) = 1/4[011](MgO), (b) over right arrow (2) = 1/2[100]Cu, (b) over right arrow (3) = 1/4[011]MgO;(b) over right arrow1' = 1/12[101](Cu) (or 1/99 [755]MgO), (b) over right arrow (2)' [101](Cu) (or 1/99[755](MgO)), b(3)' = 1/6[010](Cu) (or 1/10[011]MgO) respectively.
