摘要：

Virus inactivation in activated and total (non-activated) prothrombin complex concentrates by the solvent/detergent method and the stages of their additional purification by anion exchange column chromatography were studied. Conditions were selected for virus inactivation with high output of the target activities. Chromatoghraphic purification effectively removed the solvent/detergent, part of minor proteins, and thrombin generated during activation of the prothrombin complex. The results may serve the base for improving the virus safety of concentrated activated and total prothrombin complexes.
