In the process of social and economic development, with the rapid development of modern industry, bring a lot of issues related to environmental protection. Both the social and economic development on the environment destruction, and environmental protection effects on social and economic development. Actually between environmental protection and social and economic development are mutually dependent, conflicting and under certain conditions can be mutual transformation, has formed between the dialectical unification relations, as long as adopt the scientific method, can achieve the dialectical unification of both.
