摘要
The first research work on simple calculation model of slim milling tool for predicting the deformations at the representation of curvature, basing on cutting forces variation are presented in paper. Before tests the theoretical analysis of problem were carried out in order to select assumptions and to simplify the model as well as to select the analytical model for calculation. Next, the simplifying assumptions concerning calculations and testing methods as well as process parameters were defined. The calculated deformations of cutting tools were compared to measured deformations of curvature after machining. Results of the comparison allowed to define conclusions concerning the method and assumptions selected, as well as the need for further investigation of the problem. The paper presented is based on diploma work of the first author.
