摘要
Assessment of milk hygienic quality in western algeria The purpose of this study was to evaluate quality of milks. Aerobic bacteria were isolated with high amount Mainly in mixed raw milk (83.104 ufc/ml) accompanied with abundant streptococci (64 ufc/ml). Contamination by clostridia was frequent while Staphylococcus aureus was numerous in raw milk. Mastitis was detected in 76.47% and 45.17% on mixed milk and individual milk respectively. Antibacterial residues were found in 29% samples. Milk acidity was variable while half of the samples showed low density. Elevated standard deviations indicate irregular milk quality linked with incomplete hygiene aware.
