摘要：
The introduction of new antiemetics has resulted in renewed interest in the aetiology and control of radiation induced emesis. Studies both with fractionated treatment and with high-dose single exposures have clearly demonstrated the value of the 5HT(3) receptor antagonist antiemetics. This paper reviews the selection of optimal antiemetics.
