摘要
The objective is to evaluate the antifungal properties of three plant species: Eucalyptus globulus, Siparuna guianensis and Jatropha curcas, against plant pathogens Rhizoctonia solani and Sclerottium rolfsii. Five concentrations (0,0 mu l.mL(-1), 0,5 mu l.mL(-1), 1,0 mu l.mL(-1), 1,5 mu l.mL(-1), 2,0 mu l.mL(-1)) were tested in 4 periods (24, 48, 72, 96 hours) of crude oil of Jatropha - Jatropha, negramine and eucalyptus. The oils were placed on PDA plus 1% Tween 80. Disks 5,0 mm in diameter containing mycelium were transferred to the center of each plate were incubated for 4 days and every 24 hours mycelial growth of the pathogen was evaluated. The experimental design was completely randomized factorial 6 (doses) x 4 (time) with 3 replications. The essential oil of Eucalyptus globulus completely inhibited the mycelial growth of R. solani in doses of 1,0 mu l.mL(-1), 1,5 mu l.mL(-1), 2,0 mu l.mL(-1) in all periods of reviews S.rolfsii periods of 24 h, 48 and 72 h, with except for the dose of 2,0 mu l.mL(-1) that inhibited mycelial growth at all times. The oil Siparuna guianensis has the marjoritario as myrcene (74.93%) component, and at 1 mu l.mL(-1), 1,5 mu l.mL(-1), and 2,0 mu l.mL(-1) reduced the fungal growth Sclerotium rolfsii and Rhizoctonia solani. Associations 1 and 2 at concentrations 1,5 mu l.mL(-1) and 2,0 mu l.mL(-1) completely inhibited the mycelial growth of pathogens. The oil from Jatropha curcas antifungal showed no activity.
