摘要：

The Music and performance arts industry in Taiwan possess very good potentiality of development. We found that if we apply the method developed by Fritz Machlup, Michael Rogers Rubin, Mary Taylor Huber, Lloyd Taylor and Elizabeth to estimate the output consistently from the expenditure aspect in the three areas, the synchronization of creation and production, marketing and service, and circulation, we will be able to identify the link to generate a most favorable effect on the value chain. Then, the public sector will be able to offer the financial subsidy and policy guidance to the link identified above to promote the development of the entire industry gradually.
