摘要
Due to the specificity of tannery processes (use of biological raw materials and chemicals known for their negative impact on the environment and people, high water consumption, liquid and gaseous effluents, solid waste containing protein and harmful chemicals), tanneries are facing serious environmental problems. Thus the main goal of research in the field of leather processing is increasing eco-efficiency of the industry, and the first step is to be included in the category of industries with controlled eco-aggression. This paper presents the development, characterization and use of new bioproducts based on extracted dermal collagen (by chemical, enzymatic and combined methods) from untanned and chromium-free tanned cattle hide waste in leather processing (deliming, pre-tanning, wet finishing).
