摘要
We investigate numerically the spin-polarized tunneling effect in ferromagnetic metal/insulator/d(x2-y2)-wave super-conductor junctions. It is shown that the height of the zero-bias conductance peak owing to the zero energy states is depending on the magnitude of the exchange potential and the randomness near the junction interface.
