摘要
Combinatorial chemistry has been well recognized as a powerful tool for the discovery and optimization of bioactive drugs, new solid - state materials, and catalysts. The application of combinatorial approaches to the discovery of the most effective chiral catalysts for asymmetric reactions has received much attention as well. The present review will discuss its recent advances in the development of new chiral catalysts for asymmetric synthesis. The first part of this article highlights the combinatorial parallel synthesis of chiral catalyst (or ligand) libraries and the second part summarizes the high throughput strategies for evaluation of the chiral catalyst libraries created.
