摘要
The results of experimental studies of structure and properties of Ti-C-Ni-Cr and Ti-C-Ni-Cr-Al-Si multielement nanocomposite coatings based on amorphous carbon (a-C) deposited by magnetron sputtering are presented. The coatings have an amorphous matrix doped with aluminum, silicon and chromium, hardened by nanosized TiC (<5 nm) and metallic-phase Ni-Cr (<30 nm) particles. The coatings formed on the titanium alloy substrate increase the hardness up to 11-14 GPa and reduce the coefficient of friction down to mu < 0.2.
