摘要
This paper presents a comparative study of known level shifters and a novel wide range low to high voltage level shifter circuit for dual rail supply is proposed. In the conventional revised wilson current mirror circuit, large numbers of transistors wereused. This paper presents the modification over it by reducing the transistor count and delay in comparison to RWCMLS. The circuit results were simulated using Eldo simulator on 180-nm technology. For input voltage of 0.5V, total power dissipated was 1.0995 nW with a delay of 249.82 ps.
