摘要：

The cultivation of talents faced with new challenges for the highly fusion of information technology in big data era. In this paper, the challenge for big data era in computer education, hot issues and development trend of the information technology were discussed in depth. It gave the reform ideas about cultivation of innovation talents of information technology and explored the new approach and strategy on the innovative talent training in the teaching practice of information technology so as to adapt to the request of big data era.
