摘要
Economic globalization has not only generated excellent opportunities for the economic development but also created a vast demand of international Professionals especially in the process of cross border M&A. This paper uses two systems archetype (the "shift the burden to the intervenor" archetype and the "eroding goals" archtype) to identify the phenomena that the supply of international professionals is far from satisfying the huge demand gap. It offers a new standpoint identifying the demand of international professionals in the contexl of cross border M&,4 wilh a strategic perspective.
