In this paper, we would adopt the methods such as a large number of observation and statistics section, in view of the status of the construction of harmonious cities and widespread problem, to proposed the establishment of system of statistical methods on harmonious cities evaluation index, specific statistical evaluation of harmonious cities and the corresponding method of calculation or listed. We believe that is needed to design the scientific and rational statistical evaluation procedures on harmonious cities, to construct population, resources and other support systems and the specific statistical evaluation harmonious cities under the support system. We conclude that the "harmonious cities" concept should be descript into the evaluation of specific indicators or data, so that all levels of government and related departments are more targeted and examination.
