摘要
Analytical models of the interaction between the gas jet and the bath for a nozzle above the bath surface are obtained and may be used to calculate the penetration depth of the jet in the bath, the diameter of the interaction zone and the blast conditions in different circumstances. The data obtained from the model and from experiments for cold liquids and ferrocarbon melts are in good agreement.
