摘要：

The development of a Municipal Traffic and Transport Plan (MTTP) for a sizeable town is a long lasting and complex process, involving many different disciplines and many stakeholders. This article describes a case study concerning improving the MTTP development process for a consulting company. The case study revealed that this company did well in the field, but could do better when using state of the art knowledge management tools. In this project such a tool was developed in the form of a wiki, introduced into the company and evaluated. It turned out that such a tool can be very useful for the consultancy. Introducing it and making people really work with it appeared to be a major challenge, requiring a change in company culture.
