摘要：

The article is a brief analysis of the principles of environmental law in the European Union as set out in its basic treaties, especially in the environment Title XX of Part Three internal policies and actions of the Union Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. The object of the analysis will not only be those appearing in Article 191 TFEU expressly but also the principle that environmental protection is an aim of public interest and the principle of sustainable development.
