摘要：

Heilongjiang is a large province of animal husbandry production in China and animal husbandry is dominant industry in Heilongjiang Province but the advantage of the animal husbandry cluster development has not been formed. Based on Data Envelopment Analysis method and data about input and output of animal husbandry in Heilongjiang Province, we make a analysis about comprehensive efficiency of animal husbandry cluster in Heilongjiang Province and then use Hoover coefficient to measure the degree of the industry cluster, which forms empirical analysis of animal husbandry cluster development in Heilongjiang Province.
