摘要
Efficient and facile synthesis of 3-furyl coumarin derivatives have been achieved by reaction of 4-chloro-3-formylcoumarin, secondary amines, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates and diversely substituted isocyanides using four component, one-pot reaction. All the products were isolated as yellow color fluorescent solids by column chromatography in quantitative yield and characterized with H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR, IR and FAB mass.
