摘要
A dual-polarized antenna co-designed with frequency selective rasorber (FSA) is designed, which can not only achieve low-RCS effectively, but also ensure the radiation performance. A pair of resistors are loaded on the surface of the band-notched FSA to absorb the incident waves outside the working band of the antenna to reduce RCS. A square patch with backed ground on the bottom layer of the FSA performs as a ground plane. By properly introducing two coaxial feeders to excite the patch, the FSA can be regarded as an antenna that works in the transmission band between the higher and lower absorption bands. Meanwhile, the dual-polarization radiation performance can be achieved with reasonable tuning. Based on the proposed FSA, a 4x4 antenna array is investigated. The simulation results of the unit structure and antenna array show that the antenna can work at 5 GHz, and achieve effective absorption in the frequency bands on both sides of radiation band.
