摘要
This paper studies the pricing of executive human capital by applying the method of stock option-pricing, solving the profit sharing of human capital, designs the policies of profit sharing according to the characteristics of executive human capital, and puts forward three basic models of profit sharing. The paper studies instructively the models of profit sharing of executive human capital.
