摘要：

In this article, the authors conclude that in modern conditions of digitalization, the public procurement system has begun to develop actively. On the part of scientists, interest in the designated system is constantly growing, since the public importance of public procurement forces to ensure the effectiveness and safety of procedures. The analysis of the formation and development of the regulatory framework regulating this area allowed the authors to draw a number of conclusions that confirm that today there are gaps and inaccuracies in it that require immediate resolution.
