摘要
In recent years, a instrumentation circular profile tests has been specified to assess the contouring accuracy of CNC machine tools. Such an instrumentation type test is the CONTISURE system. In this paper, the influence of the position loop gain is effectively studied. This work outlines a practical procedure for determining the position loop gain of the control system in order to minimize the resulting contouring errors.
