摘要
With the widespread use of renewable energy, the DC microgrid with energy storage systems have become the critical part to guarantee reliable power generation. The isolated bidirectional DC/DC converters have the function of electrical isolation and bidirectional power flow. It is an essential link in the energy storage system to connect the high voltage DC bus and energy storage components. In this paper, an isolated bidirectional CLLC resonant DC/DC converter with 600kHz operating frequency is proposed to achieve high efficiency and high power density. The wide bandgap device GaN HEMT with preferable high-frequency performance and planar transformer with an adjusted leakage inductance structure are applied to increase power density and achieve better performance.
