摘要：

In order to study the new research direction about emotion recognition of whispered speech, the paper develops the construction flow and standards with which the emotion database of whispered speech has been designed and built. With the concepts of Membership Function and Analytic Hierarchy Process in fuzzy mathematics, the validity of each sentence has been checked out to obtain a qualified database with which a preliminary emotion recognition experiment of whispered speech is carried out.
