摘要
Measurements of thermoelectric power, electrical conductivity and H-1-NMR absorption line have been carried out in order to investigate the role of proton to electrical conductivity on Tl3H(SO4)(2). From the measurement of the thermoelectric power S = (Delta V / Delta T) it is found that the sign of S is a positive in a superionic phase. This result indicates that the majority carrier for electrical conductivity in the superionic phase is protonic. Moreover from the analyses of the second moment of H-1-NMR absorption line we found that the activation energies of the hopping motion of protons in the superionic phase agree well with those observed in the electrical conductivity. These results indicate that the electrical conductivity of the Tl3H(SO4)(2) crystal observed in the superionic phase results from mobile proton accompanied by the breaking of the hydrogen bonds.
