摘要
The musculature in the largest organ in the body, with other vital functions in addition to movement. Muscle activated by brain is the "leading central peripheral signaling messenger-guided entity" for adaptation of numerous tissues including brain, global inflammation status, immune function, and the aging process. Muscle determines deconditioning and chronic degenerative diseases. Even in the case of "optimal" muscle activity, complete prevention of degenerative processes during the lifespan cannot be expected. The pathogenic chain reaction "function-disposing deconditioning-maladaptation-specific diseases-pain disorder" always involves all physical structures and primarily also the brain. With its manifold functions, muscle can be viewed as a synonym for the health status of an organism. The aerobic and contractile function of the therapy underlies its preventive and sustainable effects. Muscle training is also psychotherapy.
